陈瑶，西安交通大学仪器科学与技术学院副教授，博士生和硕士生导师，哈佛大学物理系博士后。主要研究方向为新型微纳制造与传感器技术、量子传感器及其芯片化、离子阱量子精密测量及量子模拟。拟进行多学科交叉将相关技术用于脑磁影像医疗装备、智能电网以及量子模拟。主持重点研发计划青年科学家项目、国家自然科学基金面上和青年项目、国家电网以及其他知名企业等委托的课题、西安交通大学“思源学者”，之江实验室开放课题等项目。以第一作者或者通讯作者在Physical Review Letters，Engineering，Microsystem and Nano-Engineering，Biomedical Optics Express，Optics Express等期刊发表多篇研究论文。
1、2009-2016，获得北京航空航天大学获得博士学位，博士期间主要研究基于原子自旋效应的磁场测量和角速度测量。导师：房建成
