This symposium is organized by State Key Laboratory of Transducer Technology, Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of

Sciences (SIMIT). 

This symposium is to gather leading scientists in M/NEMS in the world with outstanding scientists and young researchers in China to discuss the state-of-the-art and the future of micro- and nano-sensing technology. This conference will cover Environmental Microand Nano-Systems, Bimedical Micro- and Nano-Systems, Microwave Photonics and Integrated Systems, Advanced Micro- and Nano-Manufacturing. This symposium will be an excellent platform for academic exchange, possibly resulting in decent collaborations between you and Chinese scientists in M/NEMS.
