This symposium is to gather leading scientists in M/NEMS in the world with outstanding scientists and young researchers in China to discuss the state-of-the-art and the future of micro- and nano-sensing technology. This conference will cover Environmental Micro- and Nano-Systems, Bimedical Micro- and Nano-Systems, Microwave Photonics and Integrated Systems, Advanced Micro- and Nano-Manufacturing. This symposium will be an excellent platform for academic exchange and collaborations among scientists all over the world in M/NEMS, and provide the attendees with a unique opportunity to learn about the spectrum of Chinese research in micro- and nano-sensors.
