Prof. Yidong Wang got his PhD in Cell Biology form Sichuan University, in 2013. Prof. Yidong Wang has studied and worked for 10 years in USA, and has rich experience in mechanism of organ development, tissue homeostasis and disease using genetically modified mouse models. In 2018, Prof. Wang joined Xian Jiaotong University, School of Basic Medicine, Institute of Cardiovascular Science. He has published over 15 research papers in prestigious international journals in the past five years, including Nat Cell Biol、Eur Heart J 、Nat Commun et al. He is currently the deputy director of Institute of Cardiovascular Science in Institute of Translational Medicine, Xi'an Jiaotong University. He also served as Guest Editor for Front Cell Dev Biol, Committee Member for the Developmental Biology Professional Committee of the Chinese Zoological Society.
