1. 原子制造技术物理基础 ——面向固态量子器件，发展原子操纵技术，构造原子级精确量子结构和量子模拟器

2. 原子制造先级材料与器件 ——面向后摩尔时代信息器件原子级精准低维材料制备、微观结构和电子结构表征，输运性质测量，感存算一体神经形态突触器件研究

3. 全真空免光刻工艺及装备 ——面向原子制造的原子级洁净器件工艺和设备研发       

We are interested in the UHV-based atomic precision manufacturing mothodology and techniques for sub-nanometer quantum/neuromorphic devices, including:  

1. Artificial quantum structures constructed by STM atom manipulation on III-V and vdW surfaces; 

2. Atomic precision advanced 2D materials/heterostructure synthesis and devices application;  

3.  All in vaccum lithography-free device fabrication technique and setup development.
