We are interested in the UHV-based atomic precision manufacturing mothodology and techniques for sub-nanometer quantum/neuromorphic devices, including:
1. Artificial quantum structures constructed by STM atom manipulation on III-V and vdW surfaces;
2. Atomic precision advanced 2D materials/heterostructure synthesis and devices application;
3. All in vaccum lithography-free device fabrication technique and setup development.
