- 摘要:
- Particle size gradation is regarded as an effective method to resolve the contradictionbetween the printingprocesses and product properties in the glass-ceramic 3DP. This study aimed to optimize particle size gradation to obtain high-strength products on the premise of an acceptable flowability based on the effect of the particle size gradation on the performance of printing process, sintering process and product comprehensively. Glass-ceramic powder with three size rangeswere mixed in certain proportions and was applied to prepare disc samples by 3DP. Binary powder mixed by 60wt% 45-100 μm and 40wt% 0-25 μm particles was considered optimal. Increasing proportion of fine particle caused poorer flowability.Product density was dominated by the bulk density of the powder while strength was more depended on the sinter degree which improved with the increase of the proportion of fine particles in binary powder mixture.
