周琨，女，博士生导师。2021年毕业于西安交通大学前沿科学技术研究院（导师：何刚 教授， 合作导师：郭保林 教授）。2021-2025年分别在香港中文大学（深圳）、香港科技大学开展博士后研究工作（合作导师：唐本忠 院士），2025年10月加入西安交通大学药学院。研究方向主要聚焦于将“聚集诱导发光（AIE）”材料创新性地发展为高效光催化剂，推动其在生物医药中的转化应用。目前在国际高水平期刊共发表论文28篇，其中以第一作者(含共同一作)及通讯作者身份发表论文16篇，其中包括Matter, Nat. Commun., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., ACS Nano, Advanced Science, Small等，以及5项国家授权专利。目前已完成一项智能光动力诊疗设备的开发，样机已制作完成，相关专利已提交申请。
