课题组最新研究成果以“Proximity-Activated DNA Scanning Encoded Sequencing for Massive Access to Membrane Proteins Nanoscale Organization”为题被国际期刊《Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America》(IF:9.4)接收,吉林大学与西安交通大学联合培养博士生赵雪琪为第一作者,西安交通大学赵永席教授为第一通讯作者,西安交通大学赵越副教授和吉林大学孙颖教授为共同通讯作者。这项研究通过邻近激活DNA扫描测序技术(Proximity-Activated DNA Scanning Encoded sequencing,PADSE-seq),将细胞表面目标蛋白周围大规模邻近蛋白信息转换为DNA条码,实现了十种以上膜蛋白邻近位置关系的纳米尺度分析。这项技术的突破,为高分辨和全面绘制细胞分子相互作用提供了新途径,对更深入地了解复杂的生物过程和推进精准医学领域具有重要意义。
