The measurement of blade tip timing (BTT) faces challenges such as the scarcity of real data, variability in data quality, and incomplete controllability of operating conditions, which complicate the validation of BTT signal processing methods. Therefore, it is essential to establish a highfidelity BTT in-loop simulation system. This paper proposes a highly decoupled framework for such a simulation system and presents a specific example: generating vibration signals through a developed analytical model of rotating blades, followed by BTT sampling, incorporation of uncertainty effects, and processing through a feedback loop to output the BTT sampling signal. Each component is validated using appropriate methods, demonstrating the usability of the proposed framework and the correctness of the specific example. This framework is expected to provide a reliable platform for validating BTT signal processing methods, conducting uncertainty analysis, and establishing blade fingerprint models.
