近日,课题组在高速有线通信和无线通信芯片领域芯片设计的长文(Regular Paper)被电路与系统领域顶刊(Transactions on Circuits and Systems I, TCAS1)和微波理论与技术领域顶刊(Transactions on Microwave Theory and Techniques, TMTT)录用。两篇论文的题目分别为"A 0.92-pJ/b 112-Gb/s PAM-4 Transmitter with Bandwidth and Linearity Enhanced Quasi-Voltage-Mode Driver and Reconfigurable Three-tap T/2–T Variable Fractional-Spaced FFE in 28-nm CMOS",和"A 4×4 5–6-GHz Analog Beamforming Wi-Fi Transceiver Front-End for Fiber-to-the-Room in 55-nm CMOS",论文的第一作者分别为博士生王卡楠和雷鑫同学。
第一篇论文展示了基于28nm CMOS工艺设计的112Gb/s PAM4的高速发射机芯片,提出了包括准电压模线性度增强驱动器,可调分数延时均衡等设计技术,实现了0.92-pJ/b的能效,超过99.6%的眼图线性度(RLM),0.37UI的眼宽,以及0.5-T~1-T可调的FFE tap delay。
第二篇论文在2024年CICC发表的会议论文基础上扩展完成,设计完成了一款基于55-nm CMOS工艺的四收四发WiFi-6射频前端芯片,提出了多通道波束赋形射频前端架构和模拟预失真技术,解决了光纤到房间(FTTR)多AP之间信号干扰的问题,同时降低了对发射功率的要求。
