微型气相色谱采用微通道代替经典的毛细管,具有结构设计灵活、便于集成、分离性能高等优点,有望满足野外在线检测的需求。为提高微型气相色谱性能,本实验室在动力学模型、微通道结构优化方面开展了一系列工作,开发成功微通道截面优化工具,提出优化微通道色谱柱截面形貌。
