Dr. Xinhong WANG  is an associate professor at the Insititute of Hgher Education, S chool of P ublic Policy and Administration of Xi’an Jiaotong University.She received her  becholar degree from Beijing University of Aeronotics and Astronotics(BUAA), then she worked as an engineer in an aviation manufacturing enterprise from 1986 to 1999. After a long experience of engineering, her interesting  focuses on eduction, especially on engineering education, so she got her master degree and Ph.D in education in Xi’an Jiaotong University(XJTU) and Huazhong University of Science and Technology(HUST).From 2002, she has been a faculty in Xi’an Jiaotong Univeristy and her current research interests include higher education administration, education policy, engineering education, and women study.
