1. Annual Stable Enrollment: Each year, we offer stable positions for Masters (3) and PhD (2) candidates, including direct PhD opportunities for undergraduates. There are unlimited postdoctoral positions available.

3. Adequate Experimental and Computational Resources: Our facilities include magnetron sputtering, thermal spraying, electrochemistry, cold isostatic pressing, vacuum sintering, horizontal extrusion machines, and access to large computational systems.

Sufficient Funding and International Exchange Opportunities: We provide ample funding and opportunities for international exchanges, maintaining close collaborations with institutions like RWTH Aachen University, Max Planck Institutes, City University of Hong Kong, Shandong University, and the Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
