Sameer Hussain

        Sameer Hussain is currently working as an Associate Professor at the School of Chemistry, Xi’an Jiaotong University (XJTU) in China. His research interests include the development of π-conjugated materials for sensing, imaging and theranostics. He has presided over several research projects as Principal Investigator after acquiring grants from various funding agencies, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), Ministry of Science and Technology of the P. R. China, the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and the Research Fund from Central Universities. He has also delivered scientific lectures at various international meetings held in India, China, Japan and Germany. Additionally, he has published three patents and over 50 papers in reputable international journals including Coordination Chemistry Reviews, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Analytical Chemistry, Advanced Optical Materials, Green Chemistry, Chemical Communications, and so on.
