LIU YE was born in Shaan’xi, China. He received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in school of electrical engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, China, in 1986, 1991, and 2001, respectively.
LIU YE current works include Measurement and control technology and automation, Theory and technology of optical fiber sensing, Theory and technology of intelligent information processing, Aviation Power Technology.
