- 摘要:
- PEEK-like semi-crystalline engineering plastics has been utilized in many industrial and medical applications because of its excellent thermal and mechanical properties. Materials extrusion as one of additive manufacturing processes usedprocesses used to prepare the semi-crystalline materials part usually suffers from the weak interlaminar bonding, low crystallinity, serious buckling deformation or complicated processing. Therefore, a CO2 laser device is introduced into a traditional FDM printer in this paper to realize 3D printing of high performance semi-crystalline materials. By controlling the laser power, interlaminar shear strength of PEEK could be improved over 45%, meanwhile an improvement of degree of crystallinity of PEEK up to 34.5% simultaneously. Therefore, the process provides a very effective solution to the additive manufacturing of semi-crystalline materials, and also suggests a potential to develop gradient crystallinity or stiffness in multi-function integration structures for PEEK-like semi-crystalline materials.
