衣建甲，国家级青年人才、陕西省青年百人，本科毕业于哈尔滨工业大学，硕士毕业于意大利都灵理工大学，博士阶段在巴黎萨克雷大学（巴黎十一大）和法国国家科学研究院（CNRS）纳米科学与技术中心学习。 在人工电磁材料与器件研究方向发表期刊及国际会议学术论文100余篇。英文论著1部。以第一发明人申请中国国家发明专利14件（其中授权8件）。分别担任领域内10余个期刊客座编辑或审稿人。先后担任EuCAP、META等多个国际知名会议TPC联合主席和分会主席。

Jianjia Yi, a national-level young talent and one of the "Hundred Young Talents" in Shaanxi Pro-vince, graduated with a bachelor's degree from Harbin Institute of Technology, a master's deg-ree from Politecnico di Torino in Italy, and pursued his Ph.D. at Université Paris-Saclay (formerly Paris XI) and the National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS) in France, specializing in nano-science and technology. He has published over 100 academic papers in journals and internati-onal conferences in the field of artificial electromagnetic materials and devices. He is also the author of one English monograph and has applied for 14 Chinese national invention patents as the first inventor, with 8 granted. Additionally, he serves as a guest editor or reviewer for more than 10 journals in his field and has held roles as co-chair and session chair at several renown-ed international conferences, including EuCAP and META.
