Hongchang Li received his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, China in 2011 and 2016, respectively. From 2014 to 2015, he was a Visiting Scholar with Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, Berkely, CA, USA. From 2016 to 2019, he was a Research Fellow with Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
