吕刚明，西安交通大学讲师，博士。1980 年1 月生于湖北保康。1999 年9 月进入西安交通大学电信学院信息工程专业本科学习；2003 年9 月进入西安交通大学电信学院，硕博连读。2010年6月获西安交通大学信息与通信工 程 博士学位。

攻读博士学位期间，主要从事动态无线资源管理研究，博士学位论文题目为“正交频分多址系统中动态无线资源管理技术研究”。参加过多项国家自然科学基金、国家“863”项目、“新一代宽带无线网”国家重大科技专项等课题的研究。现为IEEE会员，近年来在国际期刊、国际会议、国内重要期刊上发表论文20余篇；申请国家发明专利6项，其中1项已授权；获得软件著作权2项；与华为等通信企业有良好合作关系。

目前主讲研究生全英文课程-《Convex Optimization and Its Applications in Communications and Signal Processing》。
