  • 研究方向:纳米抗体与蛋白质工程

    师从纳米抗体创始人Serge Muyldermans教授,以纳米抗体、结构生物学和分子影像学为核心技术手段,基于实验性炎症与肿瘤动物模型平台,利用荧光和核素技术对免疫细胞及肿瘤细胞进行示踪和靶向治疗。博士后期间,在加拿大光遗传学领域权威Robert Campbell教授课题组从事荧光探针开发及光遗传学研究,进一步拓展了研究领域。

    主持和参与了多项高水平科研项目,包括重点研发青年科学家项目骨干国家外国专家项目国家自然科学基金,教育部留学基金,教育部重点实验室青年骨干项目,陕西省自然科学基金重点研发和面上项目西安交通大学“启航海外学者合作项目”等。

    在国际顶级期刊上发表了30余篇高水平研究论文,包括Nucleic Acids Research(影响因子19.1)、Journal of Nuclear Medicine(影响因子11.8)和Nature Communications(影响因子17.6,获F1000推荐,ESI全球前1%高被引)。其中,单篇最高被引470次。获批1项单域重链抗体相关欧洲专利,以及6项中国发明专利,另有3项中国发明专利正在申请中。

    担任省级一流课程《生物化学》的负责人,主编全国高等教育双语教材《医学分子生物学》(人民卫生出版社)以及西安交通大学本科重点教材《生物科技论文写作》。主持或参与教改课题15项,其中国家级教改课题7项,并发表教改论文6篇。荣获“101计划”全国基础医学青年授课比赛三等奖、西安交通大学“优秀班主任”称号、陕西省青年教师比赛三等奖及“全国来华留学生本科教育青年教师英语授课教学能手”等多项荣誉,并担任“侯宋濂基础医学拔尖班2.0”工作组核心成员。

    是多个国内外学术组织的活跃成员,包括世界分子影像学会(WMIS)、欧洲分子影像学会(ESMI)、中国生物化学与分子生物学学会、中国医药教育协会(常务委员)、中国微米纳米技术学会及陕西省医学会等。她与比利时布鲁塞尔自由大学、美国西北大学、加拿大阿尔伯塔大学、日本东京大学及三亚崖州湾科技城建立了长期稳定的合作关系

    Research Interests:

    Dr. Zheng has been extensively involved in cutting-edge research on nanobodies during her Ph.D. at Vrije Universiteit Brussel and Vlaams Instituut voor Biotechnologie (Belgium), recognizing the immense potential of these smallest antibody fragments in preclinical and clinical applications. Her previous work focused on in vivo monitoring of arthritic and hepatitis mouse models using nanobody-based molecular imaging probes targeting complement receptors via SPECT/CT.

    Currently, her research delves into cancer immunology, with a particular emphasis on in vivo imaging of tumor-associated macrophages and the development of nanobodies targeting immune checkpoint molecules for applications in cancer immunotherapy. Beyond cancer immunology, Dr. Zheng has contributed to collaborative projects on the structural and functional studies of nanobody recognition mechanisms at the molecular level, as well as research on microbiology and microbial resistance mechanisms.

    More recently, in collaboration with Dr. Robert Campbell at the University of Alberta, Canada, she has expanded her research portfolio to include the development of genetically encoded fluorescent biosensors using nanobodies. Dr. Zheng's work has been published in high-impact journals such as Nature Communications, Nucleic Acids Research, Scientific Reports, and Journal of Nuclear Medicine, reflecting her significant contributions to nanobody-based molecular imaging and therapeutic research.
