Biography:

Dr. Zhang received the B.Eng. and Ph.D. degrees in electronics and information engineering from University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei, China, in 2005 and 2010, respectively. Since July 2010, he has been with Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, China, where he is now an associate professor at School of Electronics and Information Engineering.
