交流与合作
出于教学和科研的需要，我们愿意就下列业务或在下列领域开展交流与合作：
1. 各种立法、法律及相关的科研项目；
2. 各类法律咨询、诉讼或非诉讼及相关法律业务，尤其是涉外类和疑难类业务；
3. 法律语言类业务，包括但不限于诉讼文书、合同、公司章程及其他法律相关文件的起草、审查和翻译。

Prospective Communication and Cooperation
We pursue  all kinds of exchanges and cooperations in the following fields or concerning the following business out of the needs of the legal teaching and research,
1, All kinds of scientific  research projects or programmes concerning legislation, law and related subjects;
2, All kinds of  business including legal advising, legal litigation, non-litigation and related business, especially the business involving hard cases or foreign elements;
3, Business of legal Languages, including but not limited to drafting, reviewing and translating the litigation documents, contracts, articles of association, and other kinds of legal documents.
