1.高温热端结构部件力热化耦合可靠性评估;
面向航空航天发动机等重大装备对结构完整性、安全性和长寿命的迫切需求,聚焦于高温热端结构部件在极端复杂环境下的服役损伤与失效机理。本研究针对高温、交变应力与氧化/腐蚀环境多场强耦合的苛刻条件,以先进高温材料及涂层体系为对象,致力于探究材料在多物理场耦合作用下的微观损伤萌生、跨尺度演化与最终失效行为,揭示热-力-化学环境协同作用对材料性能退化与结构寿命的关键影响规律。基于深度融合机器学习与数据驱动方法,构建多源异构数据的智能寿命预测模型,实现损伤演化的实时辨识与寿命的高精度预测。
2.微纳器件材料小尺度力学行为分析及可靠性评估
针对微纳器件材料在微纳尺度下研究其在多物理场耦合作用下的微结构演化、变形与断裂机理。建立小尺度力学行为与器件宏观性能退化之间的关联,开展微纳加工并发展面向微纳器件材料微尺度力学性能表征方法与可靠性评估,为高可靠微纳器件的设计与寿命预测提供理论基础。
