Our work of Polymeric Perturbation to the Magnetic Relaxations of the C2v-Symmetric [Er(Cp)2(OBu)2]− Anion link was newly accepted and published online by Inorg. Chem. of ACS, in which we studied the "Switching on the field-induced single-ion magnet property by polymerization of an [Er(Cp)2(OBu)2]− anion with C2v symmetry into a 2D coordination polymer". Congraturations to Han Tian, Ding You-Song and Leng Ji-Dong.
