污泥是人类日常生活、工业生产所产生废水的处理过程中产生的半固态泥浆混合物。2019年,我国污泥(含水80%)产量约5500万吨,现有的处理方法以填埋、农业使用、堆肥和焚烧为主。热解技术具有减容减量、回收能量、清洁高效的优点而获得广泛关注,是非常有前途的处理污泥方法。本文研究了干化印染污泥热解失重过程、表面形貌、官能团及动力学特性。研究结果有助于加深对干化印染热解特性的理解,为热解反应器正确设计、操作和优化的提供参考数据,减少印染污泥造成的污染,促进热解产品的后续升级。
