- 以科技创新为支撑,依托科技园区的管理支持和资源网络开始成为国内外文化创意产业发展的基础。在揭示科技创新与文化创意产业发展关系的基础上,以西安高新区为例,分析了其发展文化创意产业的基础性优势、存在问题以及原因,提出了发展西安高新区文化创意产业的措施。
The developing foundation of the culture creative industries has become the technological innovation and science park in the national and foreign countries. The data exposes the relation on the technological innovation and the culture creative industries firstly, then analysis the foundational advantages, some questions and causes in the course of the culture creative industries of XHTZ, finally put forward some important measures about developing the culture creative industries of XHTZ.
