- 第八届国际反应堆热工、运行和安全会议（ 8th International Topical Meeting on Nuclear Thermal-Hydraulics, Operation and Safety，NUTHOS-8 ）于 2010 年 10 月 10-14 日在上海召开。 NUTHOS 是国际核能热工与安全领域的重要系列学术会议，自 1986 年以来，已成功在中国、日本、韩国等国家举办了七届。 本次会议总共收到来自中国、日本、韩国、德国、美国、中国台湾等 26 个国家和地区的 240 篇论文。西安交大核反应堆热工水力研究室(XJTU-NTRL)9名师生参加了会议交流，宣读了8篇论文。就反应堆严重事故、超临界水冷堆、液态金属冷却快堆、水冷堆程序开发以及CFD技术在核反应堆热工水力研究中的应用等课题同国内外与会专家进行了充分交流。会后参观了上海交通大学核科学与技术技术学院热工水力实验台架，颇有收获。
