Xiang Wang, PhD in Psychology, is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Social Psychology, School of Humanities and Social Science, Xi'an Jiaotong University, and has been selected for the university's "Outstanding Young Talents Program". His research lies at the intersection of clinical psychology and cognitive neuroscience, focusing on the psychological and neural mechanisms underlying mental health problems using interdisciplinary approaches. He led a project funded by the Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities and has participated as a key member in five other projects, including those supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Hunan Provincial Natural Science Foundation etc. 

Xiang has published more than 40 peer-reviewed papers and served as a peer reviewer or academic editor for several high-impact journals in the field (e.g., eBioMedicine, Depression and Anxiety, Psychological Medicine).
