Title of Paper:
Characterization the affinity of a1A adrenoreceptor by cell membranechromatography with frontal analysis and stoichiometricdisplacement model

Summary:
tAs a bionic chromatographic method, cell membrane chromatography (CMC) has been used widely inscreening active components in traditional Chinese medicine. Nevertheless, few studies have character-ized the affinity between drug and receptor by CMC model. In this study, the alpha 1 adrenoreceptor (1AAR) high expression CMC method, combined with frontal analysis and stoichiometric displacement modelrespectively, was established for characterizing the affinity of seven alkaloids binding to the 1AAR. Theresults indicate that the seven alkaloids have similar interaction strengths with tamsulosin hydrochloride(1AAR antagonist) between them and 1AAR. In addition, electrostatic force is the main intermolecularforces between tamsulosin hydrochloride and seven alkaloids and 1AAR. The study provides a versatileapproach for the characterization the affinity between drug and receptor by CMC model.
