Summary:
目的:建立高效毛细管电泳法同时分离测定红毛七药材中红毛新碱和塔斯品碱的含量。方法:采用HP^30 CE G1600AX高效毛细管电泳仪,未涂渍熔融石英毛细管(75μm×50cm,有效长度41.5cm),压力进样50mbar×5sec,运行缓冲液为90mmol·L^-1的醋酸钠-15%甲醇溶液,冰醋酸调节pH至5.0,检测波长:245nm,运行电压23kV,温度30℃。结果:红毛新碱在21.2-106.0μg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9987),塔斯品碱在33.6-168.0μg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9981);平均加样回收率(n=6):红毛新碱99.46%,塔斯品碱100.13%。结论:该方法简单、快速、准确,结果可靠,重现性好,可用于红毛七药材中红毛新碱和塔斯品碱的含量测定。
