基于车用内燃机的工作特性,提出一种利用内燃机余热的CO2热力循环冷电联产系统,并以最大净输出功率 为目标函数,以内燃机排烟温度、环境温度和制冷量为变量,通过遗传算法对8种系统集成方案进行了对比分析和参数优化。结果表明,在同样的内燃机排气参数下,两级透平方案的最大Wnet比单级透平方案高40~50%,而最佳P4比单级透平方案低20%~35%;用两级压缩代替单级压缩对Wnet影响较小,但可以降低P4。 WR的大小对方案和参数选择的影响较小,若 WR相对于Wnet较小,可不设置HE以节省空间。利用本文提出的优化集成方案回收内燃气的烟气余热,除了提供制冷耗功外,其净输出功达到内燃机功率的13%~35%,具有显著的经济效益和应用前景。
