采用颗粒气动加速方法,对应用于高参数汽轮机的四种典型抗冲蚀叶片涂层进行了模拟实际高温工作环境下的固体颗粒冲蚀试验,并结合SEM、EDS、XRD和Vickers indentation等测试技术对试验靶材的微观分析,探索影响涂层抗冲蚀性能的深层原因。结果表明,在固体颗粒高温冲蚀下,致密度和硬度较高的渗硼涂层具有更强的抗冲蚀能力,其冲蚀率仅为超音速喷涂Cr3C2涂层的30%~50%。由FeB和Fe2B组成的双相渗硼涂层抵抗正应力破坏的能力低于单相Fe2B涂层,在颗粒高速大角度撞击下,表面FeB层极易产生裂纹,并在颗粒持续冲击下迅速扩展至Fe2B层,导致涂层脱落失效。而单相Fe2B涂层比双相渗硼涂层在深度方向上的硬度梯度更小,断裂韧性更高,使其在不同冲蚀参数下均表现出更优异稳定的抗冲蚀能力,应作为汽轮机叶栅抗固体颗粒冲蚀强化涂层的首选。
