2015年8月22日——2015年8月28日期间，课题组参加在捷克举办的第19届ISH（International Symposium on High Voltage Engineering）国际学术会议。
本届ISH会议上，课题组有三篇文章发表：
1. Space Charge Accumulation in Polytetrafluoroethylene at Different Temperatures, Shaoming Pan, Daomin Min, Changhao Zhao, Guochang Li, Shengtao Li* and Bo Ma.
2. Effect of O2/F2/N2 Fluorination on Space Charge Behavior of Low Density Polyethylene, Ni Zhao, Yongjie Nie and Shengtao Li* .
3. Effect of Surface Oxidation on Space Charge Characteristics of LDPE Films, Yongjie Nie, Ni Zhao, Liuqing Yang , Shengtao Li* and Wenfeng Liu.
其中，“Space Charge Accumulation in Polytetrafluoroethylene at Different Temperatures”为oral presentation, 由聂永杰作报告并回答问题，其余两篇为poster presentation.
此外，李盛涛教授在8月28日上午担任了大会Session OE8: Asset Management 2的分会场主席。
