钟睿康，教授，博士生导师，国家级青年人才，2025年9月入职西安交通大学信通学院。于2023年获得伦敦玛丽女王大学电子工程专业博士学位，2023-2025年于伦敦玛丽女王大学从事博士后研究工作。主要研究方向包括无线通信系统、智能交通和分布式边缘人工智能。近年来，在IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications (JSAC), IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications (TWC), IEEE Internet of Things Journal (IOTJ) 等高水平SCI期刊以及IEEE ICC, GLOBECOM等国际知名会议上发表论文40余篇，其中以第一作者发表SCI一区期刊论文9篇，申请发明专利1项。参与英国工程和自然科学研究委员会（EPSRC）科研项目2项。任通信领域知名期刊IEEE Transaction of communication (二区)编辑，先后在多个通信领域国际会议(Globecom，WCNC等)组织分布式人工智能和大数据相关研讨会。
