以西安交通大学为第一作者单位,与弗罗里达大学的合作研究论文“Oral Gavage of Ginger Nanoparticle-derived Lipid Vectors Loaded with Dmt1 siRNA Mitigates Iron Loading in Murine Hereditary Hemochromatosis”在cell出版集团下的Molecular Therapy在线发表。
该研究论文以生姜衍生纳米脂质为转运载体,靶向转运Dmt1 siRNA到十二指肠,通过抑制Dmt1的表达,研究其在遗传性血液沉积病(HH)中的作用。
