课题组魏进家、齐宝金、张永海、李明杰、曹志柱和刘斌一行六人参加了于2018年8月10日-2018年8月15日在中国北京举办的第16届国际传热大会（Proceedings of the 16th International Heat Transfer Conference, IHTC-16）。该会议每四年举办一届，为传热学界规格最高，规模最大的会议，被称为“传热学界的奥林匹克”。本次会议上，课题组齐宝金老师作了题为Fractal Heat Transfer Model for Pool Boiling on Micro-pin-Finned Surfaces in Microgravity的口头报告，博士生曹志柱作了题为Numerical Simulation of Bubble Dynamics and Heat Transfer During Nucleate Boiling of FC-72 by Using the 3D-VOSET Method的口头报告，刘斌作了题为Experimental Study of Subcooled Flow Boiling Heat Transfer on Micro-Pin-Finned Surfaces in Short-Term Microgravity和Experimental Study on Thermal Performance of A New Novel Loop Heat Pipe的口头报告，并在海报环节与参会人员进行了充分的交流。同时魏进家教授和意大利比萨大学Paolo Di Marco教授就中欧载人航天空间科学和应用合作项目进行研讨磋商，确定了下一步的工作计划。
