2014年10月13日至15日，第三届IEEE中国国际通信大会（IEEE ICCC 2014：The 2014 IEEE/CIC International Conference on Communications in China）在中国上海成功举办。IEEE ICCC是由IEEE通信学会（IEEE Communications Society）和中国通信学会（China Institute of Communications）联合主办的国际著名大型会议,是中国通信领域中最具规模和权威性的国际系列会议。本次ICCC大会，共收到来自30多个国家和地区的400余篇论文，经过专家严格审稿，共录取了161篇论文，最后仅4篇论文获得最佳论文奖（Best Paper Award）。
