The first seminar of our group in the first term of 2015-2016 academic year was held in the meeting room of Theory of Lubrication and Bearing Institute on Sept.17, 2015.

First, we are warmly welcome the three members to join us. They are Li Yue, Ren Shanshan, Romain Barreau (from France). Romain Barreau introduced himself about his hobbies, his country. He chose to come to Xi’an Jiaotong University to study because of his  interest in Chinese culture. The meeting participants  introduced themselves in English.

During the seminar, Dong Guozhong (master) and Guo Junde gave presentations. They introduced their recent work and the future plans. Other members discussed their work, giving the advices and suggestions.

After the seminar, we took photos together. Wishing the nice life in new term.

The seminar will be held in every Thursday afternoon in this term. The aim is to discuss the work, solve the problems and enhance the understanding of each other. Two members will give their presentations to introduce their recent work, including the progress, ideas and problems. The presentation was asked to speak English.
