- Summary:本文总结了干式螺杆真空泵的三种Quimby齿转子轮廓(QRP)生成模型。生成并比较了七种典型轮廓,以揭示它们在曲线结构、啮合关系、参数设计范围和几何特征方面的差异。分析表明,在锥形转子的应用中,典型轮廓的设计灵活性仍然不足。因此,本文通过修改现有的转子轮廓,进一步提出了一种新的转子轮廓。通过一个具体的设计案例,我们发现了这种新型轮廓的优点。结果表明,与传统轮廓相比,所提出的轮廓使锥形转子的接触线长度缩短了2.8%,内部压缩度提高了1%。本文为干式螺杆真空泵的型线设计和优化提供了有效的参考。
